Elimination of drugs


Elimination of drug: Drug elimination is the removal of a drug from the body by metabolism and excretion. The main two routes of drug elimination are kidneys’ and liver.
Various sites of elimination are-
1.   Renal elimination
2.   Hepatic elimination
3.   Facal elimination
4.   Pulmonary elimination
5.   Breast milk elimination
6.   Saliva
7.   Sweat
8.   Hair and nails.
